It drives so much better in manual mode I just put it in sixth gear and let the truck do it's thing. Thanks for that info. It improves the speed of cars using manual transmission which is just what I needed to progress in the Career Mode.
Driving an AMT equipped car is as simple as driving any other automatic. You slot the lever (or rotate the dial, in some cars) into the driving mode (D, A or whichever is the drive mode), lift off. To go in 'Manual Gearbox' mode you have to either: Press Q until it says 'Realistic Gearbox' mode (This will only affect the current session). - Go to Options Gameplay and set your default gearbox mode (That will affect all future sessions) Then you should be using a vehicle with a manual gearbox.
